Immigration Office WTF

Finally i got the immigration card, finally! This was the 3rd time I went to the god damn office and I promise it was the last time. Before going there for the first time I had to fill up the immigration paper (my name, my country, my mother's maiden name - what?) take a copy of my passport and show that I have at least 400 € in my bank account - what?. I went to the office with my papers, I thought it's done like that but no. After queueing they told us that we need to go to a postoffice and buy there a stamp.

Next day we went to the post office, bought the stamp and went back to the immigration office. It's super annoying to go there because it takes 1 hour and you have to use trams and metros and god knows what. We were back in the office, back in the queue. We thought it would be done like that but the waiting to get inside the room where everything gets done took more than 1 hour. Finally after the hour we got in and we thought everything's done like that but we were sitting there for one hour more. During the hour the office worker was looking our papers carefully and we had write down to a paper weird stuff:

1. Behind the paper that shows that there is at least 400 € in my bank account i had to write down this : "26.2.2013, I own this bank account and the money in my bank account is mine."

2. "26.2.2013, I have crossed to border of Hungary on 26th of January 21 o'clock in the Budapest Airport"

3. "I will stay in Hungary after my school to learn more about the culture and the hungarian language"


And this is the part where another problem came on our ways. We needed to have a paper from out landlord that he owns the apartment we are living in.

Next week we went to our landlord and there he gave the paper that he owns the apartment and a signature and another paper that tells that the signature in the other paper is his signature. With these papers we went back to the immigration office. Again, it was not done like that as we thought and again we sat there for one hour while the office worker was reading our papers. The last time we didn't enough papers so we wrote one more:

"I get enough money from my parents to live in Hungary"

Then she told us to add there "Approx. 1000€"

and still in the end "per month."

-WTF?


Vihdoinkin minulla on maahanmuuttotoimiston kortti, vihdoinkin! Tämä oli kolmas kerta siellä kirotulla toimistolla ja vannon että viimeinen. Ennen toimistolle menoa meidän täytyi täyttää maahanmuuttolappu (nimi,  kotikunta, maa, äidin nimi ennen naimisiin menoa -mitä?), ottaa kopio passista ja todistaa että meillä on pankkitilillä vähintään 400 € rahaa - mitä?. Menin toimistolla papereineni ja luulin että kaikki hoituu kertaheitolla, mutte ei. Jonotuksen jälkeen saatiin kuulla, että meidän pitää hakea postista jonkinlainen postimerkki.

Seuraavana päivänä mentiin postiin, ostettiin postimerkit ja mentiin takaisiin toimistolle. Toimistolle meno on todella ärsyttävää, koska siinä kestää tunti vaihdellessa ratikoita, busseja ja ties mitä. Oltiin takaisin toimistolla, takaisin jonottamassa. Luultiin että kaikki hoituu kertaheitolla, mutta jouduttiin odottamaan tunti pääsyä huoneeseen, jossa kaikki asiat hoidetaan. Tunnin päästä päästiin sisään ja luultiin että kaikki hoituu kertaheitolla, mutta istuttiin siellä toinen tunti. Tämän tunnin aikana toimistosetä selaili tarkasti papereitamme ja meidän täytyy kirjoittaa paperille ihmeellisiä juttuja:

1. Sen lapun taaksen, joka todistaa että tililläni on vähintään 400 €, kirjoitin tämän:
"26.2.2013, omistan tämän pankkitilin ja rahat pankkitililäni ovat minun"

2. "26.2.2013, olen ylittänyt Unkarin rajan 26.1.2013 kello 9 Budapestin lentokentällä."

3. "Jään Unkariin kouluni jälkeen oppimaan lisää kulttuurista ja Unkarin kielestä"

Tässä kohtaa tuli taas ongelmia eteen. Meiltä puuttui todistus siitä, että vuokranantajamme omistaa asunnon, jossa asumme. Seuraavalla viikolla siis mentiin vuokrantajan luokse ja hän antoi paprein, joka todistaa että hän omistaa asunnon ja lisäksi allekirjoitus. Sitten hän antoi toisen lapun, joka todistaa että allekirjoitus toisessa paperissa on hänen allekirjoituksensa. Näiden papereiden kanssa mentiin sitten takasin tomistolle. Taaskaan kaikki ei onnistunut kertaheitolla vaan jouduttiin taas istumaan siellä tunti, kun toimistovirkailija selaili papereitamme. Eikä viime kerralla kirjoitettu tarpeeksi lappuja, joten kirjoitettiin vielä yksi:

"Saan tarpeeksi rahaa vanhemmiltani elämiseen"

Sitten hän käski lisätä: "Suunnilleen 1000€"

Ja lopuksi: "kuukausittain"

Mitä ihmettä!?
